This work has reached the exceptional level
Calms my soul...

Writing Poems

When I am down and feeling blue,
Reeling from problems I can't face,
It's pen and pad that I turn to,
To ease my pain, bad thoughts erase.
Into the world of words, I go,
Navigating in my mind.
Golden prose and rhymes then flow,

Peace in writing's what I find.
Overjoyed, my mind at rest,
Every word my pen has wrought,
Makes me happy, it's the best,
Sharing my poetic thought.
