Standing up for all who are victims of these insidious ways of manipulating others into doing what they want.The perpetrator sometimes makes the victim feel guilt at not looking after him well enough, sometimes increases the dependency of the victim, sometimes forces the victim into situations where they are locked into feeling grateful. All are measures to control. Sometimes the line must be drawn, and one must say "Enough!"
These thoughts may be extended with a wider application to the world of work and to politics ... any situation where one seeks a position of power over others, and does not respect others' individual rights.
