I couldn’t help but glance at the words as his pen scrawled over the page of his notebook. Sitting next to him I could just make out that he was writing about a kiss; or trying to.
The mechanics of his brain were turning over. I imagined him thinking how would it feel, would she reject or embrace him. I felt a little sorry for him, writer’s block sucks!
