Why He Annoys Me

My Cat

My cat just loves to walk in front of me.
He really thinks this is funny, you see.
On the sofa he will sharpen his claws.
I know he likes doing this just because.

Sometimes he will scratch me and also bite.
I don't know if he wants to play or fight.
He enjoys knocking papers on the floor.
Sometimes he will try going out the door.

He walks between my legs to annoy me
I think all cats do this, do you agree?
He begs for a treat after he had one.
There are times he really likes to run.

I think he's the most spoiled cat around.
If we're not careful, he'll make us fall down.
In spite of these things, I love him, you see.
Sometimes he'll surprise me and purr for me.
