A Non-Acrostic poem

My Garden

It's NOT an Acrostic Poem Contest Winner 
Never underestimate
the soul soothing power of nature
bringing one closer to God
in a garden.
The trees, the blooms, the wildlife
take me out of myself,
healing the hurts life has hurled.

My choice was Hallelujah
A song by Leonard Cohen
 
Now I've heard there was a secret chord
That David played, and it pleased the Lord
But you don’t really care for music, do you?
It goes like this, the fourth, the fifth
The minor falls, the major lifts
The baffled king composing Hallelujah
