In this chapter, I wanted to capture the moment when Christ returns and our world reaches the end of one age, the age of man, and enters another, the age of Christ. I tried to show this by showing the man made things of this world, the clocks and computers and electric light going dead as in a storm, and the darkness being lifted by this light pouring through the hole torn between Earth and heaven in the sky. I wanted to use this fractured format to articulate the feeling of being shaken by unsettling images, jarred out of the familiar into this new world. estory
