Love Potion?

Over time my feelings grew
Very magical it was
Each time I saw you because...

Positively a spell was cast
Or was it what I drank last?
Tinged with Potion #9?
I'm not sure, but it's all fine
Only you, you're all I see
Nowhere on earth I'd rather be
