Phil tried to go to this Heaven.

Phil died of natural causes at the age of 86. His soul rose from his grave to Heaven. He walked to the entrance, but they didn't let him in.
"Why can't I stay here? It's my home," Phil asked.
"Sorry, sir, but this Heaven is only for dogs," Angel said.
Phil tried to figure out why all the dogs were in line to go to their Heaven.
He walked out pondering where to be next.
