A word that speaks of inner calm and beauty

Tranquility

Thankfulness for the state of peace and calm
Restful nights without worry
Anxiety and restless cast to the side
No inner mind-banging pandemonium
Quietness and peace reigns in the heart
Unity of spirit with all of God’s creations
Inner emptiness satisfied with love of self and good works for others
Loving family and friends regardless of disagreements
Implementation of respectful attitudes and behaviors to all one meets
Trying to be the best one can be and helping others whenever one can
Young at heart attitude and a loving spirit will help launch tranquility.

Tranquility is a beautiful word that, when said or read, emotes a good feeling. However, in life, one must take steps and develop attitudes to achieve a state of tranquility. I point out some traits and steps to achieve this state in the acrostic poem above.
