Mr. Rabbit wants carrots.

Rabbit for Carrots

by Raul1

A rabbit comes along in
the grass field,
it is his shield.
I want carrots,
he mentions as a parrot.

But I can't find any
for my tummy,
he starts to get desperate for mummy.
Maybe he isn't looking
at the right place, honey.

A young couple comes
appearing.
He's figuring,
who are these figures?
Questions the rabbit while he prefigures.

Lucky for him,
they have a basket full of carrots
as he grins.

Mr. Rabbit struck gold of merit,
and ate them all he did inherit.

The couple take
Mr. Rabbit at his new home.
More to eat,
for such a treat,
so he roams.
