That's how it's done
Under a Dark Moon

I've always wanted a Mercedes Benz, specifically a 1978 280SE, mint green with tan leather interior.
So, I got one. But I had to steal it.
First, I distracted the four-legged guard, by tainting the dog food with a mild sedative (I'm not a monster people.)
Then, I slid into the showroom. Thanks to a recent earthquake, the garage door was no longer in alignment with its tracks. Boop. Right under.
Next, I slit the artery of the human guard (sorry) and found the keys.
The weather report called for clear skies overnight, a new moon. I left without notice.
