On a perfect day, a front row seat -

Cumulus clouds build towers of whipped cream
Looming over the glass sheath of serene waters
Over a bulbous puff of lightness there lies within
Under a ledge of sun drenched vapors caper
Dancing dream worlds imagined for a courtly King 



Prisms of purples, golds, blues and pearly whites
Infused light shimmers on a canvas as wide as sky
Creative license is granted to this Sculptor of mist
Turning a skyscape extraordinaire to rival beyond
Under a spell, I sail silently along adrift in a boat 
Resting with a front row seat to a display I muse in awe
Every nuance shadowed, every light brushed replete
Splendidly cast color palettes, brilliant incomparable gifts
