George Floyd died one year ago - one of America's great tragedies. At the time I wrote a three-line, 5-3-5 Lune poem titled 'Resistance?'* (shown above in blue font). I decided to use the poem as the base for an 'extended' (shown above in red font) poetic tribute. As an American I decided the colors of 'red and blue' on white are appropriate.
