Work Week

Let us let Sunday
be the start of our week, which
could not be better.

Monday, we must work,
hammering or handspringing,
chasing a paycheck.

Then Tuesday arrives,
and our momentum rises,
along with tempers.

Hump Day sometimes hangs,
as we stress and sweat it out;
getting over it.

Thursday reminds us
that time is now very short;
we pick up the pace.

Suddenly -- Friday;
a time for happiness or --
CRISIS MANAGEMENT!

And then, finally,
Saturday allows us to
assess our 'success'.
