How Could A Man Not Love Her

by Reese Turner

“She’s just a dog!” complained my wife.

This time, I tried to explain that she might seem a dog, but not just a dog, a dog which was supposed to be a little girl.  Heaven delivered this little girl blessing to the wrong mom.  She is so sweet, cute, funny, loving and demanding, surely she was meant to be a little girl. I know little girls. We had three.

“You’re a delirious old man!”
