Writing Prompt
Write a poem about a lovers betrayal. Any length or style will be fine.

This is a song, and therefore has the chorus repeated several times. For clarity, the chorus is as follows:

I do forgive the you, untrue,
I do think we can start anew,
I do still want the man I knew,
I'm yours because I said, "I do."

Many of you will probably think that a woman would not forgive her husband after he cheats, butâ?¦ I did.
