Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
I'm thankful for a long and fruitful life

Let Me Give Thanks

Let me give thanks that I can share,
my home with family who care.
It gives me peace, along with rest,
within a country surely blessed.

In my home comforts never cease,
I live with safety and in peace.
I hold these blessings very dear,
as I pass through another year.

Here I can worship whom I choose,
keep all that's good, the others lose.
I'm thankful for each passing day,
a privilege sent on life's way.

When all these things are said and done,
life's still much joy, a pleasure won.
At my old age I'm proud to be
trying to write new poetry.
