A short rhymed poem
A chapter in the book NaPoWriMo 2021
15. Colour
by Debra White
Life without colour just wouldn't be right. Nothing to brighten the black, only white. Various versions of grey wouldn't do. Monochromed hues would diminish the view. Flowers and rainbows, the breaking of dawn, mountains and oceans, fresh dew on the lawn all burst with colour, delighting my eyes - Spectrum spectacular! Wins ev'ry prize. |
