A chapter in the book NaPoWriMo 2021
14. Sadness

'The List' dictates that I must write a poem entitled 'sadness', but as I feel rebellious I'm focusing on gladness! There's so much to be glad about, abundantly, I'm blessed. I'm thankful for each moment that my heart beats in my chest. |
I just couldn't bring myself to write a sad poem today...
