Rachel's hands trembled as she twisted the knob turning on the shower. Stripping off her bloodied clothes, she slid into the water. Closing her eyes, she allowed the warm, wet liquid to glide down her body cleansing her of the unwanted fluid on her skin. Tears hidden from the world, Rachel sobbed, shamed, and beaten. She didn't know if she would get away with it, but she did what she had to do to survive. If they found him, that's what she would tell them. Grabbing her flamingo towel, Rachel shivered, thinking of the horrific things she was capable of.
