Little Jamie jealous learns a valuable lesson.

Jamie Jealous

by Gina Schneller

Jamie Jealous was the most jealous girl in town.
She was jealous of Princess Penny and her crown.
She was jealous of Captain Cutis and his ship.
She was jealous of Strong Stanley and his strong grip.

Jamie Jealous was always getting into trouble.
Tripped Football Freddy at a game and caused a fumble.
She took a big bite out of Teacher Terry's apple.
She even went and stole Surgeon Sally's good scalpel!

Jamie Jealous wanted everything that others had.
Jamie Jealous made everyone in her town so mad.
She was always quiet, sneaky and never got caught.
Jamie Jealous had everything planned out right, she thought.

Then she went to steal Baby Betty's lollipop.
But when she turned the last corner she had to stop!
You see, Tiny Timmy Trouble had beat her there.
He turned and ran away with no more time to spare.

Jamie Jealous learned a valuable lesson that day.
She was always so jealous, that was just Jamie's way.
She wanted some attention and that's how she got it.
She decided to change her Jealous ways for a bit.

So Jamie Jealous became Jamie Generous.
Jamie helped clean up the ship for Captain Curtis.
She brought in a new apple for Teacher Terry.
Jamie made everyone so happy and merry.

She learned being generous was so much fun.
So Jamie became good friends with everyone.
She was the most popular girl in her town.
Generous Jamie was happy all around!
