Rhyming Love

Six Thousand Petals

by Wils

Six thousand Gerbera petals
One for every married day
To show the love you mean to me
A love I can’t downplay

Six thousand Gerbera petals
As beautiful as you
That beauty has clung to my heart
Since the day I said “I Do”

Six thousand Gerbera petals, your very favourite flower
Telling you how much you’re loved every second, minute, hour
