A laughing laugh

Best Medicine

Laughing with a smirk
Snickering with a smile
A humourous body quirk
 
Cackling with a giant grin
Giggling with glee
Guffaw with enormous roar
Raucousness with a tee-hee
 
Cure for all ailments
Humour is for me
