Freedom of choice describes an individual's opportunity and autonomy to perform an action selected from at least two available options, unconstrained by external parties.
Two incompatibilist theories of free will are these: (A) a free choice is one where the person is able to choose other than what she, in fact, chooses: she didn't have to do what she actually did; (B) a free choice is one where the person is the ultimate source of her choice.
For example, people can make a free choice as to whether to commit a crime or not (unless they are a child or they are insane).

Evilness - morally wrong or bad; immoral; wicked: evil deeds; an evil life.
harmful; injurious:
No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13
