Question raised in hope this day
Can a Citizen sue the Supreme Court?
The Court has been Derelict in Duty
Refusing to hear Constitutional issues

The Question of whether the election results change
Is irrelevant to the issue here presented
The only Question is: Was the Constitution violated?
The Supreme Court has neglected it's obligation

So I wonder if a Citizen can Sue the High Court?
Because the Dereliction of Duty violates my civil rights
My vote is no longer of value when the Constitution is violated
Yet the High Court refuses to hear the issue and the evidence

The need is now certain
For the violated Rights are fresh
The wounds to the Republic are deep
The need to have this Adjudicated is urgent
