Writing Prompt Write a 3-6-9 poem about music. It can be about your favorite song, lyrics, an artist, an instrument. Anything to do with music. A 3-6-9 poem consists of three stanzas. Each stanza follows the 3-6-9 format. First line is 3 syllables, second is 6 syllables, and third is 9 syllables. |
When I was five years old, my mom played classical albums on her record player throughout the day. Classical piano music was her favorite and she instilled a love for this music in me. Every time I hear it I think of her.
