Long distance love during lockdown

That Smile

lying in bed this morning
I close my eyes
and imagine you next to me
your waking moments caressing me
like a warm breath

your fingers dance over my figure
enchanted eyes closely following
as you breath me in

your warmth
touches me
like a sunbeam falling through my window
my tingling fingers trace your face
and I paint your smile with my memories

your dulcet tones
like deep heart beats
resonate
to the very core of me
I am yours

totally

enrapt in my feelings for you
my gentle man

our pillow talk
and hearty giggles
the slightest scent of cedarwood musk
trust wrapped in layers of respect
passion dripping from every pore
you tasting me
and wanting more

my heart craves your love
my soul needs your understanding
my body wants you
and I remember

that smile

the one you painted in my memory
in the afterglow
of the first time we made love

and
I need you my love
lying in bed this morning
