God's Promise

A Rainbow Contest Winner 
Specific colors seen on the sky
remembrance of God's promise 
some say you can reach
the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow
 
A lovely sight to view 
I enjoy every minute of it
it might bring us luck
it consists of seven colors 
 
One of them is indigo
look carefully, and you'll see
A rainbow means God is watching over us
 
It's a beautiful sight 
wherever it may appear 
it's a sign of God's love 
a display for all to see
