Christmas family horror ~ READ ALL RULES!!!
350 minimum/450 maximum word count. Both fiction and nonfiction permitted. No sexual terms, illegal immigrants, or references to Chevy Chase. No stories about the birth of children or a human in the hospital/hospice care with little time left to live. Do NOT have any music that automatically plays when story begins. You may use 1 picture that has no words, animation, or music, one color font with one color background, dedication line (optional) which doesn't count in word length, and author notes that may include 1 video (may have vocals/music).
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 5.00 member dollars. There are 17 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
