For the Birds! Photo/Poem

Take a photo of a backyard bird like a cardinal at a bird feeder. It can be a farm bird, like a turkey or a rooster. Then write a poem about the photo you took. It can be in any form: limerick, light verse, or quatrain, but it must have a rhyming pattern in the lines of some type. You can submit a 5-7-5, but it must rhyme. Post the photo with the poem (it would be nice if you identify the type of bird in the author's notes).

The contest winner will win the full prize pool. This is a winner take all contest. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
