'I AM' Poem Template

Directions: An 'I Am' poem is a poem about yourself. This poem is meant to give you a chance to be creative. Write an 'I Am' poem using the lines below as your guide. [Fill in the blanks by following the prompts in parenthesis.]

Remember, you can be as creative as you want. You should be trying to both entertain your reader while at the same time giving them a better idea of who you are.

When you have answered all the questions, you can remove all the 'clutter' - the directions at top, the prompts and lines, even the stanza divisions, if you wish. Decorate and doctor up your post. Make it represent YOU. Thanks and good luck!
