Write a Speech
Write a Speech of any length. This could be a speech you plan to deliver yourself in a real OR fictional situation. OR, you may write a speech for someone else to deliver. This could be a political speech, an inspirational speech perhaps to a graduating class, a speech to the troops about to enter battle, a speech to the United Nations given by an Alien planning to take over the Earth OR to save it. In other words ... ANY KIND OF SPEECH.
It must be prose, no poetry. One piece of artwork. No other added special effects for this one. Brief author's notes are okay, but if you must explain it, it must not be very clear, yes?
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 50.00 member dollars. There are 8 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 5 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
