Per Mona Lisa con Amore
Poetry Contest
Write a poem inspired by the artwork provided, the Mona Lisa. It doesn't have to be about the Mona Lisa. It may be whatever occurs to you when viewing the her. Your piece MUST be a poem and NOT prose, that is the only requirement for this contest. As long as you write a poem, you have met the requirements for the contest. I don't want anyone to feel their creativity is being restricted.
Note to the CEC, don't worry if the poem doesn't appear to be connected to the Mona Lisa in ANY WAY. That's okay and the membership can worry about it. Just make sure it's a poem. Who knows what us poets might dream up. LOL
.I was hoping to use the artwork above for everyone, but it isn't possible. So, you may use any artwork you choose. You may use any fonts, colours or sizes of text you wish, no restrictions on that aspect of presentation. Music and animations are acceptable as well.

The voters will decide who has been the most creative in their response to this challenge.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 40.00 member dollars. There are 10 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 5 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
