Use a season word or obvious seasonal reference
3 lines (generally short/long/short)
2 grammatically-connected lines of CONCRETE imagery (something you see, hear, smell, taste, or touch)
One fragment "aha" satori (either first or last line)
17 OR FEWER syllables (does not have to be 5-7-5)
Present tense
No art work (let your words paint the picture)
No end rhymes
No personification
No notes (at end or in description line)
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
